Company Rates for Outplacement Services

The price structure created for the employee as Outplacement job assistance
provided by the hiring company. The services offered to the ex-employee is to
assist the individual during the transition period from a unemployed individual
to a productive member of the community, and once again employed in the
marketplace. The cost of the same career services offered to the general
public is on an average $600.00 to $1,200.00 a year that we provide to the
out-placed individual, through the company as a contract for quantity
employees during down sizing for $80.00 to $250.00 a year.

Because of this significant discount offered specifically to ex-employees we
require a qualification process. Each individual must provide proof and
verification that they are being offered this service through the company that
they were previously employed. Payment must be made through the hiring
company. A hiring company must establish an account for authorized to offer
Outplacement services to their employees through this special price
structure. verification of services authorized through the company is required
and confirmed as a contractual arrangement between our company.
