Candidate Option 1: Résumés not screened, each résumé forwarded directly to the hiring company Fee: $1.00 for each résumé forwarded Set-up Fee: $250.00, non-refundable Candidate Option 2: Résumés screened according to specific job credential qualification requirements established by the hiring company Fee: $5.00 for each résumé forwarded Set-up Fee: $250.00, non-refundable Candidate Option 3: Résumés screened, candidates telephone interview for qualifications and forwarded to the hiring company Fee: #200.00 for each résumé forwarded with interviewer overview Set-up Fee: $250.00, non-refundable Candidate Option 4: Full Recruitment, Contingency-based. Résumés screened, interviews conducted reference check completed, selected candidates supplied to hiring company for final selection and hiring Fee: 5% of the hiring salary of the employee paid by the hiring company to The Original Résumé Company to initiate the search Set-up Fee: $500.00, non-refundable
